We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to permanently delete your NEO Company account and the personal data associated with it, follow the simple procedure below.

How to request account deletion

Step 1: Compose an email

From the email address you used during registration (if available), open a new email to our support team with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Step 2: Include your account details

To help us verify your identity, include your full name as registered, the mobile number linked to your account, and your registered email address. Never send your password, OTP codes, or full card numbers.

Step 3: Identity verification

Our support team may contact you on your registered mobile number or email to confirm the request and verify that you are the account owner. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.

Step 4: Deletion is completed

Once verified, your account will be deactivated and your personal data deleted within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

What happens to your data

Data that is deleted

• Your NEO Company app account and login credentials
• Profile information (name, contact details)
• App preferences, settings, and saved calculators
• Device identifiers and notification tokens

Data that may be retained

• Records needed to comply with anti-money-laundering and legal obligations
• Retained only for the period required by applicable Saudi law, then securely disposed of

Important notes

Please note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active financing contract or outstanding balance, deletion may be deferred until your obligations are settled. For any questions before you proceed, contact us at 8002440112.
